Chelsea (she/her) was placed on this earth to uplift the human experience, and to be of service to unapologetic creators and brands who are invested in unlocking impact for BIPOC and historically marginalized communities.

Chelsea is a creative producer from Prince George’s County, MD. Her work spans events, photo, video, film and beyond. No matter the discipline, she counts on her intuition to guide her to and through projects that speak to her. A shapeshifter, she believes her gifts aren’t meant for one path but many.

Whether it’s producing a product swap event for a hairstylist, orchestrating photo shoots around a city, or hosting a kickback, Chelsea feels at home in creative, productive, and high- energy environments. Chelsea feeds her creativity through conversations, research, travel, cooking, clothes, music - any medium that bears fruit.

Currently, operating as a small business owner of Chelsea Chels Productions and host of The Double Down. Open to freelance and full-time opportunities in photo, video, events, film production, and really anything that seems impossible.

Are you asking yourself?

I’m a creator and artist. I have this idea to bring like minded individuals together. I’m not trying to just bring people to a place I’m trying to build sustainable community. How the heck do I go about it?
— Producer with vision
Sooo I manage a brand. I need a producer obv to manage the budget but also who is approachable, has calm energy start to finish for this event, photoshoot, or video. Oh and they aren’t just here for the production, they bring creativity and love a solid brainstorm. Where on earth will I find them?
— The Grand Schemer
Le sigh. I want a facilitator who has experience with corporate and less formal audiences of all sizes but still makes it feel intimate. People feel heard, ya know. Their workshop facilitation style is a mix of interactive, poignant and isn’t afraid to push the group to dig deeper for the root and honest dialogue. Somebody gotta be out there like that, right?
— Challenge the System
I meannn I can’t exactly put the words together of what I need. But I have a feeling you have the skills and personality to help me?
— Damn Skippy
I feel our agency needs a producer who understands strategy, creative, can build momentum for the client, and creatives, inspire folks and read a room. We need someone to give the creatives and client team some direction. My gut says we need a producer with finesse?
